Live online study — 50H
6 – 25 July 2026. Live sessions three days a week, two to six hours a day. Study from your own space while learning in real time alongside Dea and your group.

A 100-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training that pairs the ease of live online study with a deep in-person week in Ubud. Where many Yin trainings stop at shapes and timings, this one keeps asking why — drawing on Daoist thought, classical yoga, and the science of interoceptive awareness. You'll leave able to teach Yin with real confidence, and to speak it from your own experience.
Across five weeks we move through philosophy, anatomy, energetics, sequencing, meditation, breath and sound — always honouring what Yin is really about: rest, nourishment, and community. It's a training in how to teach, and in how to live what you teach.
Everything in the training points at one outcome — leaving able to hold your own Yin class with confidence. Here's exactly what you'll be able to do.
Hold a 60–90 minute class on your own, from the opening circle to final rest.
Build classes around the meridians, the Five Elements, or a clear theme — every time.
Modify 30+ poses with props and variations for beginners, injuries, and tight or open bodies.
Guide meditation, Yoga Nidra and pranayama, and hold silence with steady presence.
Close a class with singing bowls and tuning forks for a deeper nervous-system reset.
Leave YACEP-certified and globally recognised — for studios, retreats or online — with a manual and lifetime access.
Fifty hours live online to build your foundation, then fifty hours in-person in Bali to embody it. Begin from home, arrive ready to go deep.

Dea has taught for over eight years, with more than 1,000 hours of training across Traditional Hatha, Yin Yoga and meditation. She studied Yin with leading teachers who sharpened her eye for anatomy and alignment, deepened her feel for Yin's qualities, and broadened her grasp of its history. Her time with the Himalayan Institute refined her work in pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation.
Her teaching is practical and hands-on — whether you're refining how you teach or deepening your own practice, you leave with techniques, insight, and tools to carry Yin confidently into your life and your classes.
